Chocolate Longevity Shake

4 brazil nuts

1 teaspoon maca powder

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

1/2 teaspoon medicinal mushroom powder

1 generous cup almond milk

1 teaspoon honey

1/2 teaspoon coconut oil, melted

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 coconut ice cubes (or regular ice cubes)
