Hormone Heaven Pudding

6 tbsp raw cacao powder

6 tbsp raw honey

1/8 tsp pink rock salt or gray sea salt

3 tbsp hemp hearts

2 ripe avocados

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut beverage (2% fat)

Optional Addition:

2 tsp maca powder or ashwagandha powder


1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or store in fridge for up to 3 days.
